Growth & Business Development - Full Time Contract (Remote)
1 - 3 years of industry experience
We are looking for an experienced individual to come on board and help drive the business forward.
You must have strong and proven experience preferably from within a creative agency environment however other backgrounds may be considered. You should have proven experience of working with diverse brands and must have significant strengths in developing client relationships.
A broad role responsibilities include
• You will proactively locate and source brand new leads and identifying possible
• You will be preparing and leading on pitches and presentations
• You will be responsible in closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts with business operations.
• You will be initiating meetings with clients to present credentials.
• You will be closely working with us on understanding creative thinking process and studio operations.
Must have qualities and skills
• Marketing skills: Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting,
Closing Business Deals
• Constant learning and upgrading ability
• Strong communication skills
• Established presentation skills
• Ability to negotiate terms of partnership agreements with clients
