WHO WE ARE
Tea and Oranges is a Bangalore based design and communication studio. We represent a perfect union of functionality and aesthetics.
Tea represents logic - composed, analytical reasoning which makes conscious decisions, while Oranges represent the zest that makes what we do contextual and delightful for our end users.
The goal is to give those who come to us, an experience, which is creative, intuitive and spontaneous in a bohemian, witty way and yet does not sacrifice any of the purpose .
MEGHMA MITRA
Founder & Director
Meghma combines her 10+ years of working with a critical eye and a focussed vision towards the design world. She envisioned the idea of Tea & Oranges Design so that she could implement all her learnings over years and collaborate with professionals to create world class design standards.
She received a Bachelor of visual arts in graphic design from Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata in 2008 and formal training in visual communication design from Srishti School of Art, Design & Technology, Bangalore in 2011. Meghma has been practicing professionally in the area of education in social development sector, events and so on.
Born and having spent the most of the formative years in the City of Joy, she also has an immense interest in the traditional art and textiles of Bengal with which she aspires to create global experiences that involve these local and indigenous art forms.
